For operators

List your services on Roadscanner

We work with state transport corporations, private bus operators and authorized aggregators to show travellers accurate options — and send them to you to book.

Reach budget travellers

Appear alongside trains and other operators when people compare a route.

You own the booking

We hand off to your approved booking page. Payment and support stay with you.

Government or private

Clear classification so travellers know exactly who runs the service.

What we need from partners

  • A schedule and fare feed (API or file) that you’re authorized to share.
  • An approved booking URL we may link travellers to.
  • Optional real-time availability, which we display only when you supply it.
  • Agreement on data refresh frequency so we can show accurate “last updated” labels.

Roadscanner never scrapes operator websites or automates bookings.

Food stalls and restaurants on bus routes

Our vision is for local sellers near scheduled bus stops to register with Roadscanner, publish menus and prices, and prepare pre-ordered meals for passengers’ arrival times. Seller registration, ordering and payments aren’t available yet. Partnership enquiries can use the contact option above once it’s published.
